This is not

Another course. A content plan. A funnel. A manifesting workshop. Generic advice that ignores your real life.

This is

Three evenings to see your life and your idea clearly — and make one real decision about what you are doing next.

You said it at the start of this year. You said it the year before that.

You do the job. You handle the responsibilities. You show up for everyone who needs you — the kids, the parents, the team, the household. You do it well. You have been doing it well for a long time.

And then you come home. Somewhere underneath the dinner and the laundry and the catching up and the falling asleep too late — there is this thing. The idea. The business. The version of your life you keep meaning to build.

You've thought about it on the commute, in the shower, in the quiet moment before you fall asleep. You've watched other women launch. You've bought at least one course. You have notes somewhere — a voice memo, a Google doc, a journal page — that never turned into anything.

"This is the year." You've said it so many times it's started to sound like a lie you tell yourself.

You are not stuck because you are lazy. You are not stuck because you don't have enough information. You are stuck because you have never actually made the decision. Not a real one. Not with your full life — your job, your responsibilities, your real available hours — sitting on the table.

Every time you've tried to move forward, you've started with the business. The niche, the offer, the posting schedule. But you keep going back to zero because the decision underneath all of it has never been made.

That is the only thing this challenge does. It helps you make that decision — honestly, clearly, and in three evenings.

The thing nobody is saying

Your problem is not your content strategy. It's the decision you haven't made yet.

Make the decision first — honestly, with everything on the table. Everything else follows from that. And it can happen in three evenings.

Not your niche. Not your posting schedule. Not the fact that you haven't found the right course or the right coach or the right moment to begin.

You've been trying to build something the same way you do your job — find the right steps, get the right information, wait until you feel ready. That works at work. Someone else designed the system. You execute it well.

Building your own thing doesn't work that way. It requires a decision only you can make. Not about your niche. About what you actually want — with your real life, your real constraints, your real available time in the picture.

That is what this challenge is. Not a course. Not a framework.

The decision you keep skipping over, made for real, in 30 minutes a night.

You know this feeling. Every single line of it.

You scroll watching other women launch and travel and celebrate — inspired and furious at the same time. Then ashamed for being furious. Then you put your phone down and do it again tomorrow.

You have been saying "when the kids are older" or "when work calms down" for longer than you want to say out loud. The kids are older. Work has not calmed down.

You bought a course. Maybe two. You got information. You did not get a plan that fit your actual life. It is sitting somewhere with the best intentions you have ever had.

You are smart. You are the person others come to when something needs figuring out. And you cannot figure out why this — the one thing that is supposed to be yours — keeps stalling every single time.

You have a full-time job that is not optional. A life that is genuinely full. And a business idea that will not go away no matter how many times you set it down.

You cannot be in this same place in ten years. You feel it. Time is moving. The idea is still just an idea. And that gap is getting harder to ignore.

If you read that and felt something —
keep reading. This was written for you.

Why this works when other things haven't

Every program you tried started with the business. This one starts with your life.

Here is your niche. Here is your offer. Here is your content plan. Go build. And life happened. And the business slid back down the list because the job and the family and the responsibilities do not pause for your business idea.

This challenge starts somewhere different.

We look honestly at your life — what you are actually working with, what is actually in the way.
We look honestly at your idea — does it fit, what would it actually take, what needs to be true for it to work.
You make one real decision and one first move — built for the hours you actually have.

That decision — made honestly, with your full life in the picture — is worth more than any strategy you could buy. A strategy without a real decision behind it is just more content you will not use.

For some women three evenings is enough to move on their own. For others this is the moment they realize they want deeper, personalized help to map their specific situation. You will know which one you are by April 2.

From a midlife client who came in overwhelmed and left with a clear next move

"She was scared to work with me because I tell the truth. But what I say is gold. It's like she's in my head — she just says the things and makes it tangible and clear. It's hard to describe but it's gold."

That is what this work actually is. Not inspiration. Not a better framework. Someone who sees what you cannot see yet and names it in a way that finally makes sense. Women leave saying they didn't know how much they needed it — not because the strategy was revolutionary, but because for the first time someone saw exactly where they were and told them the truth about it with care.

Who I am and why I can actually help you

Strategist · Coach · Certified Clinical Sexologist

I'm not going to give you a blueprint. I'm going to help you see what you can't see yet.

I've spent years doing one thing: getting what is in women's heads out into the world in a form they can actually use. I see patterns. I make connections most people miss. I know that how you do one thing is how you do many things — and that the way you're avoiding your business is almost certainly connected to something deeper than tactics.

My work as a certified clinical sexologist isn't separate from this. It's the same skill applied to a different area of life — understanding why capable women stay stuck, what keeps them performing readiness instead of actually deciding, and what it takes to move from knowing to doing. I bring that lens to everything.

I am also in midlife, building my own next chapter, navigating the same full life you are navigating. I am not talking to you from a position of having it all figured out. I am a few honest steps ahead — telling you what I can see from here.

Women say I have a way of telling the truth that doesn't shame them. That I say the thing they were thinking but couldn't find the words for. That I make the blur tangible. That is the most useful thing I know how to do. That is what these three evenings are.

Three evenings. Three things you leave holding.

30 minutes of real work each night. Built for women with full-time jobs and full lives.

Evening One
Monday, March 31 · 7PM ET
Tell the Truth About Right Now
You cannot build something real on a story that is not true. Tonight you look at your life honestly — the job, the family, the time, the energy — without softening it. You see clearly what you are actually working with and why nothing has moved yet.
You leave with
The Honest Life Audit — your real life, on paper, clearly seen.
Evening Two
Tuesday, April 1 · 7PM ET
Look at What You Actually Have
You stop thinking you are starting from zero. You inventory what you already know, what you are already qualified for, and you see your idea inside your real life for the first time. Does it fit? What would it actually take?
You leave with
Your Business Clarity Map — your idea, your skills, your life in the same picture.
Evening Three
Wednesday, April 2 · 7PM ET
Make the Decision and the First Move
You have seen your life clearly. You have looked at your idea honestly. Now you decide. One real decision about what you are doing next. One first move built for the hours you actually have.
You leave with
Your Decision and First Move — written, specific, and executable this week.
After three evenings

You leave with three things. Built live. Done.

The Honest Life Audit
A clear picture of what you are actually working with — your time, your energy, your constraints. The foundation every real plan has to be built on.
So you know exactly which hours in your week are actually available for your business — starting next week.
Your Business Clarity Map
Your idea and your skills and your real life in the same picture. What makes sense. What fits. What is actually possible right now.
So you can stop going back and forth between ideas and commit to one thing to test in the next 30 days.
Your Decision and First Move
One real commitment and one specific action sized for the time you already have. Not a full business plan. The decision that makes the plan possible.
So you leave knowing the one specific thing you are doing this week to begin — not someday, this week.

The voice already finding reasons to wait.

"I don't have time for three evenings."
You spend more than 30 minutes a day on your phone. That's not a criticism — it's decompression and you need it. The time exists. The question is what you're spending it on. This is 30 minutes, three nights. One week from now, you either have a real decision or you don't.
"I've tried programs before and they didn't work."
They started with the business and ignored your life. This starts with your life. That is a fundamentally different thing. The reason you've gone back to zero every time isn't a lack of information — it's a decision that was never made. That's what changes here.
"I don't even have a clear business idea yet."
Evening Two is built for exactly that. You do not arrive with a polished idea. You arrive honest about where you are. That is the only requirement.
"What if I'm not ready?"
You have been not ready for years. And the idea is still there. Readiness is not a feeling that arrives before you start — it's what happens when you do. Three evenings from now you will have made the decision. That is what ready actually looks like.
"Why no replay?"
Because you will save it and not watch it. You have done this before. The live format is the product. You show up, do the work in real time, and leave with something done. That is exactly why this works when the courses haven't.
"What if I realize I need more help than three evenings?"
Then the challenge did exactly what it was supposed to do. Seeing clearly that you want deeper, personalized help is not a failure — it is the most useful thing that could happen. There is a next step for that, and you will know if it is for you by April 2.
"Do I have to speak or be on camera?"
No breakout rooms. You will not be put on the spot unless you choose to be. Come as you are. Camera on or off. The work happens either way.

Three years is long enough. Three evenings is all this takes.

The idea is not going to build itself. And you already know that. March 31 — not someday.
